Man ‘sells wife, daughter, to suspected ritualists for N270,000’ in Lagos

A man identified as Wasiu was nabbed on Wednesday after he allegedly sold his wife and daughter for N270,000.
An eyewitness told Newsroom that he was arrested after fleeing to a church in the Ajah area of Lagos.
He is believed to have sold them to ritualists.
A woman, said to be Wasiu’s mother-in-law, could be seen appealing to him to reveal the whereabouts of her daughter and granddaughter.
The suspect was taken away by policemen, accompanied by the missing woman’s brother (in white singlet), we gathered.
